7 Product distribution through the website

7.1.Through the website you can buy food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. NORDIC RESTAURANTS sells Products through the website.

The products and services promoted and offered for sale on the website will be referred to during these Terms and Conditions, “Products”

7.2.The products offered for sale are accompanied by a description, allowing the Customer to become acquainted with the essential information regarding the characteristics of the Products before completing an order.

The images used for the description of the Products on the website do not represent a contractual obligation on the part of NORDIC RESTAURANTS, these being used exclusively for presentation.

The information about the Product displayed on the website is for informational purposes only and is not intended to replace the advice of specialists in various fields.

7.3 Product availability and offer validity

The Product offers and the prices displayed on the website are valid as long as they are visible on the Website and within the available stock.

  1. The valid products and offers will be signaled on the website by the presence of the “Add to cart” button, next to them. The simple fact of adding Products to the cart does not represent the automatic validation of the order, there being the possibility that between the moment of adding the Product in the cart, and the moment of the order validation by the Customer,

  3. If, after adding a Product to the cart, it becomes unavailable, the Customer will be duly informed.
  4. NORDIC RESTAURANTS may offer the Customer options of Products similar to the Product that has become unavailable. The Customer may choose to add to the shopping cart one of the Similar Products presented by the Seller or may refuse the Products presented by NORDIC RESTAURANTS.
  5. Product Prices
  6. The prices of the Products presented on the website are expressed in RON and have all taxes included, except for transport costs. The transport costs will be brought to the Client’s knowledge before the moment of completing the order.
  7. The applicable prices are those displayed on the website when the order is validated by the Customer. The prices include VAT, and all legal changes occurred regarding the amount of this tax will be reflected in the price of the Products present on the website at the moment of entry into force of the respective normative act. Any other additional taxes regarding certain categories of Products sold on the website at a given time will be included in their price.

    Based on the information held by NORDIC RESTAURANTS and those provided by the buyer, an invoice will be issued for the delivered goods.
  9. Warranties and return policy

For product returns, please refer to the dedicated product return section, which differs depending on the quality of the food or non-food products.

Each Product (food or non-food) sold by the Seller benefits from the Warranty or Validity Term, mentioned in the Product Warranty Certificate, on its label or packaging, as appropriate, according to the information of the manufacturers.

Clear details about the characteristic features of each Product are presented in the dedicated Product Sheet, usually located next to the products, by accessing the “Read more” command.

No Customer may request an extended warranty, in other terms and conditions, and / or a warranty valid for a longer period than that provided in the documents mentioned above.

Each Product sold by the Seller benefits from a guarantee of conformity based on the provisions of Law 449/2003.

In accordance with art. 11 of Law 449/2003, each Customer may request, in case of lack of conformity, first of all the repair of the Product or has the right to request the replacement of the Product, in each case without payment, except in the situation where the measure is impossible or disproportionate. Product replacement is possible within the available stock.

If the Seller cannot deliver a Product because the Product is not available, he will inform the Customer about this unavailability, on the date on which the Seller becomes aware of this case. In the event that the Product has already been paid, the amounts paid as payment will be refunded to the Customer by the Seller.

In the event of exceeding the Time Interval provided for Lifting / Delivery, the Seller or the representative of the courier company will inform the Customer by SMS or telephone and will agree with him the extension of the Delivery Term with a new period not exceeding 24 hours from the Interval initially established in Command. Upon expiration of an Extension Period, not completed by Picking Up / Receiving the Products, the Order will be automatically canceled. In all the cases mentioned above, the amounts paid online with a Bank Card will be reimbursed to the Client on the same day in his account, withholding the value of the Processing Fee.

All durable products sold on have a warranty certificate issued by the manufacturer / distributor in printed format. You can find it in the product box or you will receive it together with the order form. Keep this certificate to benefit from the warranty, if needed. In addition to the warranty certificate, as the case may be, in the product packaging you can find the following: the declaration of conformity, the technical book or the instructions for use, installation, operation, maintenance, issued by the manufacturer.

If the product (except for food) fails during the warranty period, after the 14 calendar days, the repair will be provided by the authorized service of the manufacturer / distributor, in the centers mentioned in the certificate. All you have to do is take the defective product to one of the centers mentioned in the certificate, which will take full responsibility for resolving the warranty. The conditions for granting guarantees may vary depending on the manufacturer or distributor and are set out in the commercial policies of each of them.

  1. The delivery is made only in Romania, according to the accepted order, based on an additional price, the amount that the Customer owes to the Seller as a result of the delivery to the indicated address. This amount can be found separately in the order details.
  2. Advertising and communications

NORDIC RESTAURANTS S.R.L., through the site, communicates with consumers, including through newsletters, which can be generated including through contractual partners. Accepting the use of the site also implies this. From time to time, dialog boxes may appear with the consumer, Client of the site. The waiver of these, by the Client, does not imply the waiver of Terms and Conditions.
