Stephane did his apprenticeship as a chef in a 5-star hotel in Geneva, where he worked for chef Frédy Girardet, considered one of the greatest chefs of the twentieth century. Since 2006, he settled in Bucharest, together with his Romanian wife. He worked as a Chef for protocol of a well-known French bank. He was part of the team that opened the Heritage restaurant in Bucharest. Throughout his career, he had the honor of serving numerous personalities, businessmen and princes.
Today, he continues to cook with the same passion for taste and respect for people. For Stephane, the ideal meal is a moment of absolute pleasure.
